*If a continuing student becomes eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance that meets CSM's health insurance requirements, he or she may discontinue purchasing the SHBP at the spring semester when submitting a paper waiver that verifies such coverage meets CSM requirements by the deadlines specified above. Pro-rated refunds of the cost of coverage are only allowed for entry into the armed services.
